Chicwish Review 2022

Today I am doing my first review of 2022 and what better than to start from my favorite online shopping site - CHICWISH!

WHY CHICWISH?

Because they have a very cute, dreamy yet trendy collection of dresses, skirts, Sweaters/Cardigans and  feeling tops which gives a wide range of vibes and colors from romantic looking lace dresses to fun pattern skirts to vintage feeling tops. They do also have a great selection of Swimsuits and handbags to jewelry and sunglasses! 

Is CHICWISH Legit? - This is ONE BIG question that hounds most of the online shoppers! 

Yes , Chicwish is Legit! I can personally vouch for this brand as I have been shopping through their online website for few years now!

Am I buying from a legit site? Are the products of good quality? Is the sizing defined well? Is  the return policy reliable and practical?

Well, I am answering to all of the above questions. With the gorgeous collection, YES! Chicwish is a reputable company having  physical addresses in US, UK and Germany. A company having physical address with contact details itself  proves their reliability. I can personally vouch for this brand as I have been shopping through their online website for few years now, their quality on most of the products are amazing and exchange policy is well defined. 

For instance, US Weekly named a Chicwish skirt a “top spring fashion pick for shoppers.” Travel and Leisure included a Chicwish coat on its list of “The 12 Best Peacoats for Women.” 

Chicwish outfits make my day more whimsical and bring out the best fashionista in me! Spring is the perfect time to refresh your wardrobe. Sharing below some of my favorites from ChicWish!

How good is the Quality?

It is always difficult to trust online shopping sites which you see ad on your social. I did find Chicwish initially through Facebook when I was shopping for my Europe trip in 2019.
Yes Chicwish is a legit site and mostly my experience has been amazing. 

• The quality of the fabric be it cotton, polyester or lace it is great. Yes, if you have any sensitivity or dislike towards particular fabric, I do recommend to read the description of the outfit. 

• The  Outfits are well stitched with great finishing. It looks same as you see on the website.

• There is no bad odor in the clothes, which you find in some of the low quality fabrics. This itself is a a good indicator that quality of the outfits are great.

How does sizing work at Chicwish?

Yes ! They are true to the size described on their Sizing Chart! I normally wear US size S/M and I go one size up in Chicwish and order M/L. I definitely recommend to go through the size chart for each of the outfits before ordering.

when I order a dress/top I usually see the material, description and the reviews. If the fabric I am ordering has some stretch, then I order same as US Size which is  S/M. If there is no stretch in the fabric, then I go one size up.

When I order Chicwish skirts, I always go one size up  and order in Size L.

I never had to return any of my outfits due to sizing issue.

From which country does Chicwish ships its orders?

Yes!! Chicwish is based in China and your order will come from China. It also has offices in the US and UK. If you are leery of security in storing your payment information, using PayPal for your payment can add an additional layer of security. Alternatively, you could shop the Chicwish Amazon store.

What is the Average Shipping Time?

Shipping and returns are free for U.S. customers. As far as speed, this is the brand’s downside and likely why you see some negative Chicwish reviews floating around in 2022. While shipping is dependable, it’s not what I’d call fast.

Will you get your items? Without fail. However, there is some variance in arrival times. Sometimes it takes two weeks; other times it takes three. Consequently, if you’re ordering an item for a specific event, give yourself a bit of pad time to ensure a timely arrival. Like other national and international companies, shipping challenges have impacted Chicwish significantly.

Is Chicwish Customer Support and Return Policy reliable?

Chicwish customer service is truly amazing and convenient. Chicwish offers 30-day free returns. Yes you heard it right! Items must be unworn/unused and in original packaging with tags still attached.  You send any inquiry or your order related questions to support@chicwish.com and you will surely receive the response within 24 hours. Simply Contact the brand for a return slip and further instructions should you need to return/exchange.

I had ordered Winsome Asymmetry Grid Tweed Flap Skirt in Navy In Size M by mistake.

Immediately I realized the mistake and sent an email to the customer service email provided above to change the size from M to L.

To my surprise, I received response in under 15 mins. They promptly responded confirming the skirt I was requesting in not available. ( Size L). Then I requested to cancel the order and provide refund, which they promptly processed and I received the refund in 3 days.
